VM‑701B 是日本新川 Shinkawa VM‑7 系列振动 / 位移监测模块，属于 TSI 汽轮机监视仪表系统的核心板卡，安装于 VM‑761B 标准机架内，为旋转机械做轴振动、轴位移、转子热膨胀状态采集监测。
VM‑701B主要接收电涡流探头传感器信号，采集旋转设备轴相对振动、轴位移、胀差数据；完成信号调理、计算，输出 4‑20mA 模拟量给到 DCS 系统；具备报警、危险继电器接点输出，实现设备超限告警；VM‑701B支持传感器断线检测，将机组振动位移状态实时上传，为机组联锁保护提供测量依据，保障旋转机械设备安全运行。
